the anatomy made-to-measure trunk show for Roswell Park

We are updating our made-to-measure collection and wanted to host a very special and intimate event to show it off! As a business we rely heavily on the support of the community, so every chance we get we’re going to give back!

Runway 4.0: Buffalo State Fashion Show

This weekend I went to the Buff State Senior Designer Fashion show at the Pierce-Arrow Building on Elmwood.

WOW! Was I impressed. The space was amazing and edgy, and there was so much excitement in the air! There was art on display and a special photo booth set up by New Era! I got to sit back in the VIP lounge (swanky, huh??) and watch all of the excitement unfold!

Artist Matthew Crane's debut collection "Buffalo: People Together"

Matthew Crane is a local artist in all ways of the word. He is a musician, painter and humanitarian. Last year he left AmeriCorps to pursue a full time career in music playing bass for The Albrights, and still finds time to create exciting and enticing paintings. I was overjoyed when he approached me with the idea of using the space as a gallery. It's another way that anatomy can reach into the community and pull out it's talent to showcase.

Things I'm obsessed with. Part II.

On a rainy day like today I think that sharing my love for lemons will brighten up the rest of your days as well.

Nothing says spring to me more than the fresh tang of lemon. I seriously put it in everything I can. It just seems to bring life to whatever it touches.

Seriously, Martha...? Can the woman just stop already?!

Things I'm obsessed with. Part 1.

I'd like to begin a new thread in which I share things that I simply cannot get enough of. Each post I'll focus on one thing that I'm kind of obsessed with. And I welcome additions to the list ;)

First up: Tea Cups.

Spring in anatomy

This past Saturday we set Spring in the shop!!! I personally was so excited and ready for some newness. One of the many great things about being involved with the fashion industry is the constant change! Now if only the weather could follow...

Maybe if we all wore silk chiffon head to toe like this girl and did a sunshine dance the winter would leave!!
